My new chickens won't leave the coop

I got 2 silkie hens from craigslist a few days ago. I've kept them locked in the coop so that they would know where home was, but I opened the pop door this afternoon. They never left the coop :-(

How long will it take them to warm up to me? They kind of glare at me when I am in the coop, and won't even eat their treats until I leave.

I was told when I got my chickens that they might not come out of the coop for as long as a couple of weeks. That wasn't the case for me, but give them some time. As long as they have food and fresh water I'm sure they will be fine. Let them come out on there own. They will get curious eventually. Good Luck.

Thank you! I know that being in a new coop in a new location (and without all of their chicken buddies) must be a big change for them.
