My New Chicks!!

Well I got a brooder built, have the chicken coop ready, and bought my babies today.

I am so super excited. I'm a nurse and worked last night 7pm to 7am this morning. I knew I was going to get them today, and slept 3 hours and now can't stop watching them. I love them. They are so cute and funny how they play and sleep. They are little narcoleptics, ha ha ha. I have 2 Australorp's, 2 Isa Red's, 1 Jersey Giant, and 1 Orpington.

So cute! I have ten chicks (5 red sex link and 5 white leghorn) that are 11 days old. Next week I am getting a couple of Americaunas to add to them!

I have a question. My Jersey Giant chick looks like, well I'm not sure how to describe it, looks like he/she is getting feathers but also looks like he/she is losing them. Here is a picture, what do you think? I'm new to this. All my other chicks have most of their feathers but..,

I appreciate any input. Thanks!
