I’m in LOVE!!!!! They are sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo cute!!!!!!!!!!
I have 3 Anconas (two hens and a drake), and sooooo can’t wait to breed them!!!!!

Children????????

There is a huge difference between the fruit of your loins and the livestock you choose to raise. It highly offends me and my other livestock farmers when you equate your new chickens to human children.

It sounds as if you are fortunate enough to have children. Not everyone does, and if they choose to share the love in their hearts with non-humans, I take no offense at that.

I refer to my critters as "kids," although I certainly know the difference between human children and pets. I see no need to rain on @Seth140 or anyone else's parade by pointing out that their animals aren't people. They KNOW.
