My New Coop..

It is 4x4 ,5ft in the front and 4ft in the back. It is like the coop on this site but it is a 2 story coop . I made this one just a single story coop..I have 2 nest on the back wall and the roost is close enough they can hop off it onto the nest.. i have a trio of BB Red's in this coop..

thanks i like for my coops to be open except for the top of the side and back. then i set the coop where the back and sides will block the cold air and the sun will shine in the coop from early morning till after noon but they can satill have shade if they need it..

yeah, i live in North Carolina so the winters are pretty cold at times.

That is what I was concerned about... do you have a way of enclosing it in the winter/cold weather?​

Nice coop! I am in the process of building mine with my 4 kids - hope to have it done in a week or so. I made decent progress today, even while chasing 4 kids under 7 around the yard!
