I went to Home Depot today and bought all the wood I need for my new 8 x 16 coop. It was a lot of $$ but I am getting 26 babies the last week in June so they need a home. I have a smaller coop for my 6 adult girls but more chicks = new coop. I have the design and the framing plans all drawn out but I can't start until the end of May.
I broke my arm in February and the doctor says no building until the end of May.
My sil went with me to help get the lumber today and he will unload it tonight. He's a great help.
I may jump the gun and start earlier if I can get his help. I will keep you all posted with pics as soon as I get started. I got so many ideas from this forum and now I can put them into practice.
