my new hens

Im new to the chicken world and to this site and very excited to be a member. I just bought 6 hens on march 1st and am patiently waiting for my hens to start laying again. This will be their 3rd laying season I am told. Ive read lots of information about chickens on lots of different sites including this one and am having so much fun learning all about them. So for now, im just waiting for eggs. Today is day # 10.

Shortly after joining and posting for the first time this morning I went out to check on my girls and I had my first 2 eggs. So exciting!
