My new incubator really holds tempretue well.

Brought a brinsea 20 auto turning incubator...really impressed so far. ESPECIALLY temp control..... got 10 cream legbar eggs in their and 3 light sussex crossed with hybrid egg layings warrens.... expecteng few lovely mutts.

Anyone else got this incubator? Whats the hatch rate like in these incubators?

Less then one week left for hatching...... yay, cant waight.

I have mini Brinsea advance...and hatched 7 out of 7...got 7 more (silkies this time)... in there again. Good luck

Just candled them...looks like only 5 are viable...so two will be tossed. We have two broody hens at same time and think we have 10 good under the one hen, and need to candle the 10 under the other yet. Pretty sure there are some under this hen that's not viable.

Sometimes the chicks pip early..... like 18 day. Is it best to lockdown incubator on the 18th day or 19th day. I have cream legbar eggs in the incubator.
