I havent run it yet other than just a few hours. The test runs it held temp perfectly!

You Need To Run It For A Few Days... Check Temp And Humidity On All Shelves... This Will Show You If The Fan Is Pushing Sufficient Air Volume To Maintain Steady Environment Throughout

Absolutely! Accurate Therm/hygro Is A Must... Once You Have It Start Testing~ You'll Find Due To The Height Of The Unit That You Will Need Very Good Air Flow Inside To Prevent Thermal Layering (too Hot On The Top And Too Cold On The Bottom). You May Also Need To "aim" The Air Flow In A Forward And Downward Direction To Help Encourage Good Flow And Overall Temperature Stability
