my new laying muscovy wants to be broody

I have a broody 6 month old Muscovy girl that just started laying 2 weeks ago. In that 2 weeks she has laid an egg in the chicken coop box everyday at 7am. They all have been chicken sized eggs except one that was a large egg like Im use to seeing for ducks. then she went back to chicken sized eggs,..and now she wants to sit on them in the coop. Should I let her? Does size matter? (the pic shows both eggs laid by her - just 1 big and about a dz of the smaller now)

any thoughts?

this morning she had moved over to the box right beside and is sitting and pipping with no eggs under her - and the eggs were cold in the next box. So im not sure what is going on in her little duck head. I stuck them back under her, but if she moves again I guess Ill just take them in
