That is great Danny! Now you can breed me a few pair of them for fosters!

As far as fosters, you can't beat them! I have had and used many different birds for fosters over the years and wasn't exactly sold on the idea of Mookees that I kept hearing everyone talk about. So a friend of mind sent me an extra pair he had with a shipment of birds and you wanna talk about fostering and raising fools! Man they were busy busy busy......they were more sexually active than most teenagers these days! They would raise anything and if you weren't quick enough to give them another set of eggs....they were right on it with a set of their own. I kep thtem with two nest boxes and the hen would actually lay after the chicks were only 2 weeks old!

As far as fosters, I am sold that they are the best around....at least, I haven't seen anything better..although many many breeds are usable.

mookies are one of the few show breeds im interested in, as keep hearing about how prolific they are, that pairs are easy to get, and theyre great fosters and personalities.. anyone with vid links or in depth first hand knowledge and discriptions, not just breed standard?
