I should be embarrased to admit it, but some of the girls (my fav's of course) have been in the house for some TV and treats time. My RIR used to try to "sneak in" whenever I opened the door. . . now have a fence that allows them access to a part of the yard while maintaing a "chicken poop free" people area!
Thanks all, for the nice comments. I am delighted with it. Credit where credit is due, however, my architect cousin from Iowa designed it, and it was built by my Engineer cousin from Nebraska. Gotta love those talented cousins that live in "cold country" and that visit in the winter!

I need a "chicken poop free" area too, just got a new grandson who will be crawling sometime late summer or fall. Haven't decided just how big to make the people yard...I mean the chicken yard. Repeat after me, people first, chickens second.
