We tried to get the Hognose to flip after he came out of hybernation but he wouldn't. We are going to try it again outside and maybe Chester will do his thing. Whats a trip is we have to go out and catch frogs for him to eat. Easy right? Sometimes we don't find any. I don't know when tadpoles are out but I could catch a mess of those and have food until hybernation again. We will be filming Bubba, one of our rattlers and posting on you tube. I'll share the link.

Everything is doing well on the cancer thing. I have 2 more drips and I'm done.

Glad to know you are winning against the evil cancer. Yuck, just yuck!

We apparently have copperheads here, I've never seen one. We have timber rattlers here, DH and 3 of the kids saw one sunning himself this weekend. I love the snakes, all the snakes. Or I try to. I even tolerated the black rat snake eating guinea eggs because the guinea was laying her nest outside the coop.

But then we have the massasaguas that are psychotic and nasty. They will charge you here. We train the dogs the same way - piss off a safe snake, put it on their nose. Which worked VERY well when DH and kids saw the timber with 2 dogs with them. But nooooo, the massasaguas will challenge the dogs. And the horses.

I'm trying to learn to like them. I really, really am. But I still can't do it for as evil as they are.
