She's definitely not an English Spot. If she's Satin, there will be a very distinctive sheen to the coat. In fact, the white part of her fur would have a yellow-ish cast to it.

If you picked her up somewhere and the person didn't know what breed she was, she's probably a mixed-breed bun.
