They were mailed yesterday from Oregon and arrived this afternoon. They are so frightened. It is going to take them a bit to adjust. Makes me realize that mine are a lot tamer than I thought. I think they will warm up a bit though, once I caught them to dry them off they snuggled. I put them into a big dog crate tonight to relax a bit. I think I should wait a while before I introduce them to the rest of the flock. The blue one is the male. His bill is multicolored. The buff is the female. She is so frightened she wants to get close to him for protection and he is like "get off me!" They are more upright and slender than the rest of my runners. I will get better pictures when they relax a bit. They didn't even preen very much when I put them in the tub, and ignored the peas... poor little guys.... it has been a rough couple of days.
