Not sure what is going on with this one. It's huge compared to the rest. Often sleeps by itself. I am thinking it must be a male due to it's huge size. I love silkies. They are the funky cute chickens. I have 7 total out of 12 eggs. Not a great hatch. I did buy them online and I don't have a great incubator. They all made it to the pip then they died. I am glad to have 7. Will only keep 4. I plan 3 hens and one roo. Maybe. I will either sell or give away the remaining 3. I only have a 4x4 coop so it's not big. I could probably put them all in it. Not sure what the ratio is. I might look that up at some point. 4 of them come from the first seller and 3 from the other seller. Not a fan of inbreeding. Had problems in the past with that. I have not had any chickens for a few years.
