The humidity outside (not indoors) is 32%. I do not have a hygrometer inside my house so I'm not sure what the inside humidity is.

One more question though...is the pump supposed to lightly dribble water into the incubator? I never see a steady stream of water, just a drop here and there. Is that normal?

32% is a little on the low side so that may be the issue. It's likely that the humidity in your house is low as well unless you're running a humidifier.

Yes, it is supposed to slowly drip the water into the incubator to slowly raise the humidity.
