Yesterday my OEG roos went to their new home which meant upgrade for Mo and Henrietta. I have them in grids zip tied together for now. Poor Mo had no head room for almost two weeks when on the perch.

I added the grids together and made one side taller where their perch is. Both of them have no problem jumping to it.
They were so happy:) I have a trash can as a house but need a bigger one. I leave a folded up tarp in the sleeping side to keep them and the food dry if it rains.

After watching them both stand up tall on the higher side, I need to hit Target and get some more grids to make the whole thing taller.

Here's what it looks like...each grid is 14". The grids are cheap and I'm hoping I can keep them in it for a bit since I still haven't found a job:-(

They love the grass. I move them around every week or so. Too bad they are in my duck yard b/c there's not much grass. Just this ground cover that doesn't hold up well. That yard is surrounded with electric fence and the only safe spot for them other than the chicken yard. Having them out there was causing problems.

Thanks on the job luck. Been unemployeed since Feb. I love not working but the tattoo shop where the hubby works hasn't picked up yet so I need a job:-(
