Sorry to hear that you didn't win Maxx....that's the great thing about baseball..there's always a "next time" and a chance to learn from a mistake. And so long as you enjoyed yourself, maybe learned a little something new about yourself or the game, then all was not in vain! Better luck next time sweetie!

Oh, Maxx - I'm sorry you team lost the garme. I know that disappoints you....and you can't blame yourself for the loss: if it takes a whole team to win...and it certainly takes a team to lose.

As for the "learning something" side of things, I think that winning is great - the rewad for a job-well-done. But it is important to learn how to lose. Baseball is really a microcosm of life - sometimes you win, and sometimes you don't. The skills you gain on the field in dealing with adversity are the same skills you need to deal with all that life throws at you.
