My old hens

So about 2 months or so ago I purchased what I thought were young hens but found out later that they were old and some were sick. After a whole lot of care and attention I noticing that the girls are looking better and even laying eggs again. Not a whole lot of eggs but between 1 and 4 eggs with 15 hens. I am posting picks can anyone tell me if maybe the hens are not as old as we thought and if the hens look healthy or not. Thank you!!

They look exactly like my elderly Golden Comets did. Sex links really only lay well for a few years after that they really slow down. My girls lived until about 7 years old though.
