My one and only Easter egged laid me a different color

While on the different colored eggs I would love to add some color to the light brown/beige eggs of my RIRs and Barred Rock, my so-sold Americana lays green. Purchased chicks for weeks ago two of each Barred Rocks, Australorps, and Americans, one didn't make it. So if all goes well will add blue. Looking for a dark brown layer and a white layer. Which breed(s) would be the best? With harsh winters and hot summers, needs to be both cold and heat hardy in addition to eggcellent layer.
