My one chick is getting picked on

I have 5 chicks and 1 is ten days younger than the rest, thatvare now 4wks old. All was fine until today. Now the youngest has bloody shoulders. It's not terrible, but I dont want it to get worse. I am worried it will be stressed alone but will keep getting harrassed if it stays with flock. The chicks are in a 4x2 ft box at night and out in a large dog crate when weather is good. Any suggestions?

Hmm, maybe you should separate her for awhile. How about a separate little area in the same brooder? For now I think it's just the size difference that is bugging the older ones.
