Glad you could join the flock! I'm sorry to see your hen is poorly
It could be some kind of infection, her eye looks very red and swollen. Respiratory infections can also cause swelling around the eyes. Please do post in the link left for you above as soon as possible.

YES, please do post in detail at the e/r thread, or take this poor bird to a vet. Swelling and infections of the eye can cause loss of sight.
