the kennel is a 8x10 I believe...dog kennel...and the coop is made from old trash hurricane left overs.

well first Im home out on medical and will be for awhile so Im sooooo BORED!!!! That Im always out with my chickens, I have a nice tabel out there and nice chairs...sometimes I sit and watch them lay eggs, other times, I happen to be out there as they are laying in the nest box...sometimes I catch them in the actual laying of the eggs, and I actually have taken pictures and recorded...*when I first saw it for the very first time*

so when they lay I know who is laying what...my Ee's I have Jewels and she lays huge blue eggs, and my only other Ee lays greenish blue little eggs...or reg. sized.

My others my RIRs lay the light colored eggs tan reddish those are the eggs on the right side of the baskey here..Mabelline (splash maran) lays a Mauve egg...I just watch them closely and after a few lays...you know what your girls lay if you have different breeds of hens. When I get them, I have a pencil or ball pt. marker and put a date and name on them.

And thank you on my Flock,..Im trying to hatch babies like my Mabelline and Jewels, Negrita and Smokey...have a full bator...due sept 11th.
