BY THE TIME A BIRD IS THAT SIZE THE EYES ARE MUCH LIGHTER THAN BLUE ALREADY... BLUE IS WHEN THEY ARE BABIES OR VERY YOUNG BIRDS... THIS ANIMAL IS FULL SIZED PHYSICALLY, IF A ROO THE EYES WOULD BE PAST BLUE AND ALMOST PAST GREEN INTO YELLOW NOW... YOUR'S ARE NOT... ALSO ROOS WOULD BE EXHIBITING MORE COLOR AS WELL
