Hi everybody. Just wanted to share my experience.

Ordered 4 baby chicks from mypetchicken.com about 3 weeks ago. They hatched the 28th of March and were shipped Monday the 29th. Weds the 31st I received "the call" from the post office. I've never done this before so I was both excited and terrified. Well, all 4 babies were in fabulous shape and are continuing to thrive. The are eating well and very active. I would absolutely order from them again!

AWWW... enjoy them! I love my pet chicken, myself! Matter of fact, I just made a order about 20 minutes ago!!!! lol. They are by far the friendliest and most helpful people to contact.

I agree! Last year I ordered 10 sexed bantams and they got the sexes right on target! This year I ordered 4 standard white egg layers (dif breeds) that should arrive at the end of the month. Can't wait!

oh thanks for the info, i was actually going to post a question about them this morning. i need to start off with a smaller number of chickens (because i am so new and because i want to make sure they mesh with our family and lifestyle) and many breeders of the chickens i want seem to be sold out or the number of chicks i need to order is so high it isn't realistic for me. i just wanted to make sure that mypetchicken.com isn't considered a "puppymill" of the chicken world. (don't mean to offend anyone with the question, just trying to do my homework)

I got my order on March 3rd....first time ever ordering online. I don't know if I would do it again, it was very nerve racking! But i'm very happy with MPC. Congratulations, your babies are so cute!

Ordering on line is the only way I've ever done it. Actually, I've ordered over the phone AFTER I looked up the breeds on line too

I got my chicks from mpc on a TUES morning. One was DOA. Another was really sick but has made it. It seems a bit runty for a buff orpington. I thought the australorp had something wrong with it because it was picking at its down. It turned out it was already had feathers, so it made me suspicious that it really wasn't one day old. It might have been just bad luck for me. I do love the way their website is organized.
