My Piano Brooder (Pics)

We had an old piano given to us and it was no good so my husband was gutting it to take it to the dump and I just happen to walk by and said 'Hey a rolling chicken coop", so that is what he made for the silkies. I plan on using it as I acclimate my groups of chicks to get them use to outside. I will roll it out during the day when they are old enough and back in at night. It moves about with ease.
It is working quite well. After about two weeks of inside and out I will put them in the chicken house and be ready for the next group of babies!
