My Polish Chick

Hi, I was just making sure my Polish chick I got from McMurray is a pullet as it is supposed to be. She is about 5 weeks old.

I wish I knew. Just wanted to say, tooo darn adorable! Her top crest is even-looking. My Polish haven't hatched yet, I know nothing about the sexing part. Still really adorable

I recently purchased one at a swap and he is just the sweetest lilltle thing, and so affectionate. I think I have a new favorite breed.

Looks right now to be a hen.If it start's to get downward drooping feathers it's a roo.Here is a pic of one of my roo's and a hen for reference.The hens have rounded topknots and the males have long droopy strandy ones.

I have one that looks just like this! Her name is Fannie...and she is kind of a blonde. I love her dearly. Let's see if I can get you a photo. I never have figured out if they were hens until I caught them laying an egg. LOL, but I am a newbie. She is about 3 months old in this photo.
