I'm so sorry!!!! My stepdad ran over their cat once and it just crushed him. Hope your DH feels better soon.

thanks again to everyone. The worst part is this am our other cavalier, Joby, has been going around looking and barking for her...........we showed her to him after it happened but he still grieving pretty badly of course.

That is so sad!!! I know how that is...one of our dogs had to go into the vet for some medical attention and the other dog wouldn't eat or drink until she came home. I'm so sorry your family is going through this.
