My poor Ameraucana pullet named Gertrude has been lethargic for a month. She has what we call a "flip-out" about 2-3 times an HOUR. For a MONTH. It is where she flaps around - on her side! For about 10-15 seconds all around the run, lays there for about 50-60 seconds, and gets up and then stands there till the next one. Then, at night, she lays down in the run instead of in the coop with her sisters and sleeps there.
She developed a twisted neck about 4-5 days ago. Today, I saw her an-twist it about 6 times but only for a couple minutes.
A month ago when it started, we separated her from the rest into a medium cage. She had some antibiotics every day for about 2 1/2 weeks then she was back in the coop with her sisters. I really need to know what is wrong with her and how to possibly treat her. So far I have only planned on treating her for wry neck.
Do you think she has worms? I have not seen any poo with worms in them. She seems thinner than the other two.
No other birds have done this at all ever!!!! I am so confused! I don't know of anything that may have caused it as far as a trauma. Her poop is part of the time runny, part of the time completely normal,, but mostly is runny and bloody.
She does not have the same interest in eating and drinking as the other two, she will not accept treats!
I am very frustrated. I do not know of an avian vet near me (Davidson county in Tennessee), so home remedies are appreciated unless you know of a vet in my area.
I use hay/straw in my coop.

This is a very bad picture of her with her neck twisted, does not describe her situation well.
Thanks for any and all replies....BTW I do not want anyone saying anything about culling because:
**Thanks**
