My poor pullet is lethargic, has a twisted neck, and cannot walk straight, has been going on for a m

He said to treat her for Cocci with Corid 9.6% water solution or if i can't get that, Corid 20% water soluble powder.

Then, he said he didn't know much about Wry Neck, but he referred me to someone, but before I saw that, I found someone else saying they cured theirs by giving poly-vi-sol, vitamin E, electrolyte water, and Selenium 3 x a day.

So Now she has had some poly-vi-sol, electrolyte water, and antibiotics because the antibiotics helped her last time I tried to treat her.

Today, I am going to get Selenium, vitamin E, and Corid 9.6% or 20%.
I hope it works!

Thanks so much to froggiesheins for recommending dawg53. I owe you like a billion favors now! :)

Today she seems about the same, but now she will let me stroke her. I have given her 1 mL of poly-vi-sol and 3-4 mL of antibiotics and 2-3 mL of electrolyte water.

She will get 2 more mL of poly-vi-sol and more antibiotics and 4-6 more mL of electrolytes and the inside of 1 whole vitamin E capsule and 1 crushed up Selenium tablet.

I may try a warm bath today, it seems as if that may calm her.

Wish me luck!

Wow...just an FYI...my chicken vet...yes, she is a chicken vet...told me .5mls/day and 400 ius vitamin E twice daily.

Ok...that's why I just posted as an FYI...wasn't trying to change your mind. Your chicken, your business...

I can understand how upsetting it is to have a sick chicken. I just always want to have all the information I can get and then I formulate my own plan for what I think is best from that info. I didn't want to sound harsh or demanding. Having the chicken sick is enough stress...Sorry
