My poult’s navel has a bubble under the skin. What do I do?

One of my turkey poults just hatched but its navel was not completely closed. I’m not too concerned about this because most or all of its siblings hatched that way too. But on the navel there is a small bubble underneath the skin. It’s hard to see in the picture, but I don’t know what it is or what to do about it. Should I just leave it alone and hope it fixes? Am I worrying about nothing?

You can see the bubble right at the bottom of the navel close to the tail.

I know nothing about turkeys, but with chicks, I would normally clean it daily with Betadine or similar disinfectant, and leave it to dry up.

Okay thank you. I used a cotton swab to put some isopropyl alcohol on it when she hatched. Is that good or would you recommend doing something else?
