My poult is walking backwards?

What could this be? I have 4 other poult's and need to know if everyone is going to start to do this.
 
Could run gamut from genetic propensity (both walking backwards and poult `flip over' ), to Aspergillosis (fungal infection -wet bedding, etc.).

How are all of them doing, now?
