They are 8 days old. I see them laying on their backs with their eyes closed breathing before they eventually die. This is my third poult to die out of 30, watch the video I enclosed. Any ideas what this could be? Only my second year raising Turkeys. What could this be?

Let me Google it. Hold on a sec.

OK. Brooder Pneumonia (Aspergillosis). Fungal infection that commonly affects poults 5 days to 8 weeks old, though older birds sometimes get it. Symptoms are heavy breathing, lesions are common in eyes and can sometimes occur in the brain.
Indicators of infection include yellow or grey nodu- lar lesions in the respiratory tract especially lungs and air sacs, oc- casionally in the mouth or trachea.

It is transmitted throught inhalation of large numbers of Aspergillus spores from infected hatcher, brooders, litter, or feed. Spores are present in almost all litter materials and grow at room temp 70 F or warmer.

There is no practical cure for infected birds. Cull them. Aspergillus spores are very dif- ficult to eliminate and can infect other avian species and hu- mans. Raising the humidity and eliminating the source of the infection will limit the spread of the disease. Spraying the litter lightly with an oil-based germi- cide will help. Control dust and movement of spores. Replace litter if highly contaminated. Do not use litters high in bark content or ones that have pre- viously been wet.

Any possibility of mushroom spores?
