I have some stuff called C&D bacterine toxid in a 50 ml bottle is that right? For sheep and cows.
Where do i give her the shot? if thats the right stuff...
could she die from this....?

I went and gave her the 30 cc of mineral oil. she fought a bit to get her to do it.

It has to be the C/D antitoxin. Yours is C/D toxoid. Your feed store should carry it.

Went out this morning and shes acting normal. So I suppose she's over it. I'm still keeping an eye on her though.

I'm so glad to hear she's feeling better. I had a wether get into the chicken food not too long ago so I know what it's like. He almost died! He couldn't even walk anymore, wouldn't eat, had diarrhea for 4 days and no vets were available to see him. Once I found someone who could see him they told me that the only reason he was alive was because I was giving him 1/2 cup of Gatorade every hour. The Gatorade tip was something that someone told me on BYC so I love this place too!

Most of the time when they overeat they'll just get the poo's and have an upset tummy. Overeating disease (entero) is the result of too much grain and too little roughage over time, or WAY too much grain all at once.

Now that you have the c/d vaccine, go ahead and vaccinate her. That way you'll be protected should it happen again. It won't hurt her babies in the least.

You always have to be careful with grain and ruminants...
