My pretty silkie - just can't give up on him

For over 2 weeks now, my beautiful blue roo has been weak, wobbly, some days good, some not so good. Eats, drinks, poos, not losing weight, but acts like he has a blood sugar issue!! Or drunk!! Even has a "wobbly" crow!

He's on 16% layer, have medicated his water with tetra, vitamins.....still loves treats. He's been in the sick ward for a few weeks now, with heat, away from any excitement. My other roos were bullying him, but they're gone and he's had time to recuperate.

Ideas?

It can be a number of things. Poor guy...
Have you wormed them lately? I would start there.

Thanks for the feedback. Yes, he's been wormed, eyes look normal. Maybe he's faking it to get the special attention. He's talking to me now, wants to be held.

He was to have been vac for Marek's. I cannot for the life of me find the email from the breeder I bought him from last year. argh.

Edited - he's loving the yogurt/buttermilk/honey concoction I topdress his mash with. Seems brighter today? I'm so fixated on fixing him - and not at all impatient
