My Princess is a Prince :*(

Well... When I got this little mutt buny it was the cutest little bunny in the world. Now , Im a tomboy and this bunny made me think of flowers and just pure sweetness. So I named it Princess Snuffalupagus. AKA Princess Snuff.

Well.... Princes snuff was caught mounting our little dwarf lionhead mutt today, I think I got him off in time since i saw him mount and then picked him up right away.

But this is so depressing! I gave my cute bunny a stupid name and its not even a girl! so Now I have a boy bunny with an embarrassing name.

On the other hand I think my mom is tempted to let them breed at least once so we can have cute little babies

If I remember correctly, females will oftentimes mount another female or even a male in a show of dominance.

Yep females will show dominance to other females .. You can sex a rabbit very easily.. I will find a step by step for you and post here.. If they are both female I would see about seperating them.. Once my females reached breeding age the woul.d tear eachother apart if I let them...

My former rabbits were both female and would tear into each other. Thats how our current older rabbit is towards any other rabbit. But the two in my room get along fie - except for the recent mountings , lol

I'll have to look at the pictures then I'll get back to see if my Princess is a prince or not!

once we had 4 bunnies and a male bunny was out i drop the girl bunny i was holding,and the male (jack) mounted the girl bunny(midnight) ahh ahh. well a few weeks later we had 10 baby bunnys so in total we had 10 bunnys.
