Im highly confused by the saddle feathering bc it doesnt look like the saddles that my Welsummer has at the exact same age

In the last photo you uploaded, you can see what could be saddle feathers curving down its back. Does it have anything like hackle feathers? How does it behave?

It's feathering is just weird... it isnt really like my other pullets but not like my cockerel either... my Welsummer has full on hackles and saddles and a rooster tail (he shares the same hatch date). This one acts scared lol runs and hides.
