My pullet keeps sitting down on her hocks. Should I be concerned?

My female olive egger has been sitting down on her hocks for a few days but thought nothing of it since its hot. But just today she hasn't really gotten up, even if I tried to give her mealworms, and she's just been sitting. I don't think she's egg bound because she's only 4 months and hasn't laid yet. This is a pic of her:

Is she hot? How warm is it? I would get some human super B complex vitamins at Walmart and give her 1/4 to 1/2 tablet daily. Crush it into some egg or a treat she will eat or pop it into her beak to swallow. Those contain riboflavin (B2) and riboflavin deficiency may cause them to sit or walk on her hocks, and have curled under toes. Is she on a balanced chicken feed? Here is a good price:

Here is a link to read about riboflavin deficiency:

Thank you so much! I usually get her the flock feed from tractor supply for the whole flock since I have some young roosters as well. It does get pretty hot in california but there are shade areas in the backyard. However, I will try the vitamins!
