My pullet wanders off by herself all the time. Will she get lost?

I have 8 pullets and one full grown hen (Camilla the Orp). One of my little girls wanders off alone all the time and when everyone else has come home to roost, she's the last one to turn up. Saturday it was snowing like mad and we spent 40 minutes looking for her. All the others had come in to roost. We found her several hundred feet away in the woods. Is she getting lost? I'm worried about her. Thanks,

We have a little hen that did that...i had to stay outside with her
and kept shooing her back with the other girls. I just used a leaf
rake and would walk behind her...she finally learned that she couldnt
come pass the gravel drive way and now stays pretty close to the other
girls. You do have to do some chicken baby sitting to get them trained.

Thanks so much for the advice. I'll just have to keep after her until she learns to play well with others.

Yep, I have an independent little hen too. I also have to chicken sit and scoot her back to the hen house
