Sorry to hear you bought a sick lass!
I am having some encouraging results with chaga tea. If you have access to some to buy or forage I would certainly recommend it offered freely for drinking straight. I'm also big on probiotics to boost immunity and fresh garlic to flush parasites.
The chaga will also boost appetite allowing you to get nutrient dense foods into her easily.
Eye puss is remedied quickly with cannabis drops. Even dried chunky stuff.

Give 0.05 ml per pound of body weight orally twice a day for 3-5 days.
It's banned for use in poultry, so if that sort of thing bothers you, you might want to try a different drug.

Get this for your sick birds.
