My pullets are 16 weeks old, combs turning pink...

...they have "mommy" 1 year old laying, showing where the nests are, fake eggs abound, coming in the coop during the day and sitting on edges of nests.
I'm hoping in a week or two I'll have an egg

mine are 17 weeks, this waiting is killing me, every day seems like a week...
