My quail chick is not growing!?!?

I have a one week old quail chick and it still looks like a new born all the other chicks are one day older than this one they are all getting feathers and getting bigger. The chick seems to be eating and drinking well just really small any ideas on what could be wrong????

Probably just a runt, it happens from time to time in all species. I would definitely not breed that one, but he/she should be a fine pet.

I had one in one of my king quail clutches. She was so much smaller than her siblings. She ended up growing up fine. I still have her today.
