My quail chick looks like his organs are hanging out.

Advice on this would be appreciated. This little chick pushed himself out of the egg about 12 hours ago. Is this just the remainder or the yolk sac or is this organs? Please help
 
I would probably wrap him in a moist towel and put him back into the incubator. Could be the yolk? Is the chick actively moving?
