Do you have any Nutri-drench or Save-a-chick? If you can get some of that into it, it might give it the energy boost it needs to start eating and drinking on its own. If it doesn't, don't blame yourself. Some chicks just fail to thrive and don't make it.
If it's been out of the incubator for more than a day and still has curled toes, you might consider using some painter's tape to make "shoes" for it to get those toes straightened out.
How old is the chick? If it's more than a few days old, it might be too late to help the curled toes, but you can still try. Can you post a picture? If the toes are really bad, you might need to cull.
