my quails are hattching What shoud i do

the quaids are hatching on the 21 day was thout they would be hatching on the 18 but anyway should i leaf them in incudtor till they all hatch or get them out as they dry ?

Take them out once they dry, Have feed and watere available chick starter or crumble I use a mini chopper to chop it up finer, Have heat broader set up around 100.00 F first week than gradually reduce heat the following weeks to follow.
