Today i woke up went to feed and water my 2 month old quails. and i saw that one of the quails had its eyes pecked out. so i put food under it and dipped its beak in water is there any thing i can do to help it survive.

I'm sorry about your Quail.
Can you post some photos of the eyes?

Were both eyes pecked and are they gone or does the little one keep it's eye(s) tightly shut?

General care for eye injury is to flush the eye with saline (you can use purchased or make your own). Do what you can to look at the eye to see how much damage there is. Apply Plain Neosporin or if you have it Terramycin eye ointment.

You're doing what you can by getting the bird hydrated. Once you have it drinking, see if it will eat a bit of wet feed for you.

If you have not done so, separate the bird to it's own space.
