My R-Com arrived today- broken.

Well, I paid for insurance, but I'm not familiar with how one claims using FedEx, which he did. I wrote him asking how he wants me to handle it, and he hasn't replied. I wrote again telling him he has until tomorrow to respond or I go to Ebay buyer protection.

Jeez.
