He will breed all of them if he is put with them. Age depends on the chicken/breed, mine usually at around 16 to 18 weeks starts trying to do the deed some occasionally a little later.

Ummm. So if I understand this : He will breed with any Hen, willing or not.? Unless I keep him separate. How ?

Any eggs would be Fertile. ?

Some roosters wiil breed hens willing or not. The only way to keep him from it will be to pen the ones you don''t want him breeding in a different pen. Else pen him with the like hens separate.
