My rescue is confusing me

My Warren hybrid floppy is missing chest feathers but it is unlikely she would go broody .I rescued her in august

Have you checked for pin feathers? If so she could be molting.

Check for lice and poultry mites as well.

Or she might be rubbing the feathers off on the edge of a metal trough or poking her head through a metal fence.
