My ringneck dove swallowed a seashell - HELP

Hi everyone! My 7-month-old ringneck dove swallowed a seashell the size of a whole shelled peanut last night! It's a natural seashell I picked up from the beach many years ago - it's round like a snail shell and has no sharp edges. I watched him all night and he seems normal, but I'm still worried. Do I need to be concerned about this? Please help. Thank you so much!

NO It will break down in its crop and eventually end up in it's gizzard

Thank you for the quick response! My concern is that it won't break down and it'll get stuck inside of him. I hope you're right!
